What is your perception of the winter so far? As you recall I forecasted above normal temperatures and near to above normal precipitation.
Here are the cold...or not so cold...hard facts.
Since December 1 and through Feb 23, the temperature is averaging 2.7 degrees above normal. Precipitation is 125 percent of normal, or 9.80 inches as compared to a normal of 7.85 inches. Snowfall so far is 30 inches.
Next month I will do a complete critique of the winter forecast.
