THREAT OF FLOODING FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY. THERE WON'T BE AS MUCH
RAIN AS WITH THE LAST STORM AND THERE ISN'T AS MUCH SNOW TO MELT, BUT
THE GROUND IS SATURATED AND WATER IS HIGH TO START WITH.
WATCH FOR FREEZING RAIN LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH MIDDAY SATURDAY,
MAINLY FROM BALD EAGLE VALLEY NORTH AND WEST.
Friday night: Rain, possibly mixing with or changing to freezing rain
and sleet late at night in the areas mentioned above. Areas of fog.
Low 32-36.
Saturday: Rain along with a chance of freezing rain and sleet (north
and west of State College) through early afternoon, then strong winds
with snow showers later in the day and at night; up to an inch
accumulation possible. High Saturday 34-38. Low Saturday night 18-22.

Sunday: Scattered morning snow showers; otherwise, partly cloudy,
windy and cold. High 26-30.
Monday: Variable cloudiness with snow showers possible. High around 30.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy with a snow shower possible. Hiogh 30-34.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, chance for snow showers. High 34-38.
Thursday: Mostly sunny (why not...it's always sunny on Thursdays, no
matter what the weather charts might say!). High 46-50.
