Snow will begin late Monday night (after midnight) and may accumulate a couple of inches before changing to sleet Tuesday morning. There will be periods of sleet and freezing rain through the day Tuesday and Tuesday night with the heaviest coming Tuesday night. Be prepared for power outages. The freezing rain and sleet will end Wednesday morning and temperatures may get a little above freezing during the day Wednesday. Then there will be a flash freeze Wednesday evening as it turns much colder. The rest of the week will be very cold and mainly dry.
