Weather Update Issued 4:30 PM Tuesday December 6

POTENTIAL SNOWFALL LATE WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT

It appears that the greatest chance of snow will be just east of here and mainly in the I-81 corridor (Harrisburg to Scranton). Nevertheless there is still a potential for a coating to an inch or two of snow locally. Rain will mix with or change to snow during the afternoon and evening tomorrow and precipitation will end a little after midnight. Regardless of snow amount, the combination of precipitation and temperatures falling to or below freezing may make for slippery and dangerous travel Wednesday evening and overnight.
