This is my final word on the storm coming later tonight and Monday.
A wintry mix will develop overnight with near-freezing temperatures. This can cause slippery spots overnight and first thing Monday.
Rain with above-freezing temperatures will prevail from 9 A.M. to around 3 P.M. Monday.
The rain will end and the temperature will stay above freezing until 6-8 P.M.
The temperature will then plummet overnight and any surfaces that have not dried off can turn icy. This should be the exception rather than the rule.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be very cold with strong wind.
